Board of Administration is the foundation´s supreme authority. The Board of Administration manages the activities, administers the foundation´s property, and makes decisions on all the matters in the foundation, that are not reserved to the competence of the founders or the Supervisory Board by law, the deed of foundation or the status.

Among the Board´s exclusive competencies, there is namely the issue of the Status and decisions concerning its changes, the approval of the budget and its changes, the approval of the annual statement of balances, and of the annual report on operation and economy. Further on, the Board of Administration, or eventually the executive manager are responsible for operative management and coordination of the individual projects, and a strategic fulfilment of the foundation´s statutory aim.

Mgr. Zdeňka Žádníková Volencová
Born 1974, in Ústí nad Orlicí

In 1994 she graduated from grammar school in Hradec Králové, and started studying the Department of Alternative and Puppet Theatre at DAMU (Theatre Faculty of the Academy of Performing Arts).

During her studies, she became involved with the Dejvické divadlo ensemble in Prague, where she still acts today. She filmed several fairy tales for Czech Television. At present, she is one of the main characters in the Prima TV series - Velmi Křehké Vztahy (formerly Rodinná Pouta). She passed a state examination of English, and she was awarded a CAE Certificate.

She plays concert flute and performs with a chamber ensemble Syrinx.

Mgr. Iva Bergmanová

Born 1976, in České Budějovice

After studying at the Business Academy in Prague, she graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of West Bohemia in Plzeň.

Since 1995, she has been working in the Office of the President of the Republic, as a Protocol officer. Her job is to prepare and realize the foreign and domestic travels of the president of the republic, and to prepare other events relating to the programme of the president of the republic.

She is on maternity leave at present. She is married, with 2 children.

Mgr. Marcela Susová
Born 1943 in Hronov

Mgr. Marcela Susová graduated from the Faculty of Law at the Charles University in Prague. After graduating, she started working in the state administration in 1967, as a lawyer in the field of labour law and wages.

From 1990 to 1992, she worked as the manager of the Labour Law and Employment Department of the Czech Ministry of Industry and Trade. She quit working in the state administration in September 1992, and since 1 October 1992 she became head of the organizational and legal department in Investiční a poštovní banka a.s.

From June 2000, when the Investiční a poštovní banka, a.s. was taken over by the Československá obchodní banka, a.s., she worked as the lawyer for the Region of Prague, focusing on commercial and civil law.

Since May 2005 she has been working for the UNIPLET GROUP a.s., as the head of the legal department.

Hobbies: Cycling, skiing, culture.
