Ing. Radek Žádník
Born 1971 in Cheb

After the grammar school in Cheb, he studied the University of Economics in Prague, the Faculty of Finance, from which he graduated in 1995. From 1994 he worked in the IPB Bank, in 1996 he became a financial manager and later also a member of an executive board in TRUSTFIN a.s., dealing with production and sale of textile machines. At the same time, he served as a member of the executive board in ZVI Ammunition Company a.s. in the period 1999 – 2001.

After a pause of two and a half years, he returned to the same position in this company (its name now being UNIPLET GROUP a.s.), where he remained until 2007. In the meantime, he worked in ŠKODA PRAHA a.s. In 2007 he left to work as a chief executive officer for finance in the company Česká pošta, s.p.

At present, he is a partner in a consulting company APORIA s.r.o.

Hobbies: sport, travelling, garden.

MUDr. Roman Chmel
Born 1964 in Liptovský Mikuláš

After graduating from the Faculty of Medicine at Charles University in Prague, MUDr. Roman Chmel started to work in 1989 in the Department of Gynaecology and Obstetrics of the Faculty Hospital Motol in Prague, where he passed the attestation of the first degree in 1992, in the field of gynaecology and obstetrics. In 1995, he became a member of the Gynaecological-obstetrics Clinic´s team of the Second Medical Faculty of the Charles University, with its seat in Motol.

When he managed all aspects of the gynaecological and obstetrics fields both theoretically and in practice, he passed the attestation of the second degree in 1997.

For many years, he has been specializing in diagnosing and treatment of female incontinence and reconstruction surgeries of uterus prolapses and vaginal walls.
Since 2003, MUDr. Roman Chmel has been working as a medical representative of the Gynecological-obstetric clinic at the Motol teaching hospital.

As an assistant professor of the 2nd medical school of the Charles University in Prague, he also participates in pedagogy when teaching the students.

He is a member of several professional societies, he holds lectures, and he has written series of professional and science popularizing publications.

Ing. Šárka Vondrová
Born 1980 in Pardubice

After graduating from a grammar school in Pardubice, she got a degree at the Faculty of Economy of the Technical University in Liberec.

From 2004, she worked in a French mail-order store MAGNET Blanche Porte, where she was responsible for marketing.

At present, she works in an Internet pharmaceutical company Pars Healot Cybr s.r.o. as a marketing manager.
